Cancellation Policy
At ASorbiter: Bike Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while also protecting our business. Please review the details below.
1. Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the rental start time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time will incur a 50% charge.
- No refunds for no-shows or cancellations made after the rental start time.
2. Changes to Booking
- If you need to modify your booking (change of date, time, or rental duration), please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the cancellation request has been approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
