Terms and Conditions

1. Deposit

- An Original Driving License OR Passport is required as a deposit.
- The deposit will be returned when the vehicle is dropped off.
- Vehicle will not be issued without submitting those Documents.

2. Fuel Policy

- Fuel is not included in the rental price.
- We provide enough fuel to reach the nearest station.
- No refunds for any extra fuel remaining at the time of return.

3. Damage Policy

- The user requested to take a Photo OR Video of the served vehicle before ride.
- The user agrees to pay for any damage, loss, or theft of parts of the vehicle.
- All vehicles provided for rent are covered under Third-Party Insurance only.
- In case of accident, damage, theft, or total loss of the vehicle during the rental period, the user will be fully responsible for all repair costs, recovery charges, or total loss value of the vehicle as determined by the AS Orbiter.
- In the event of self-injury, disability, or death arising from an accident or any other cause while using the rented vehicle, the company shall not be held responsible or liable in any manner. The user assumes full responsibility for their own safety and actions while operating the vehicle.
- The user requested to check tyre condition at pickup time. After the ride started, The user will responsible for all tyre issues, including puncture, burst, or damage.

4. Brakedown

- The user requested to take a Photo OR Video of the served vehicle before ride.
- All vehicles are provided in well-maintained and roadworthy condition. However, since breakdowns may occur due to improper use or handling, the user shall be fully responsible for any mechanical failure, breakdown, or related expenses arising during the rental period.

5. Prohibited Uses

- The vehicle must be used for personal use only.
- It cannot be used for rallies, competitions, or stunt performances.
- Usage under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or for illegal activities is prohibited.
- No modifications are allowed on the vehicle.
- We provide the vehicle can roam within state only. In case of crossing the state limit, user will be responsible for any kind of challan issued against the vehicle.

6. Cancellation Policy

- No show: 100% deduction, only security deposit refunded.
- 0-6 hrs before pickup: 75% of rental charges withheld.
- 6-24 hrs before pickup: 50% withheld.
- 24-72 hrs before pickup: 25% withheld.
- 72+ hrs before pickup: 10% withheld.
- Additional 30% deduction if documents are not valid or identity cannot be verified or unavailability of Original License or Passport.

7. Refunds

- Security deposits are refunded within 3-7 working days after the trip ends.
- No refunds for early drop-offs.

8. Over-speeding

- AS Orbiter vehicles must be ridden within permissible speed limits.
- Automated penalties of up to ₹500 may apply for repeated instances of rash driving.

9. Drop delay Policy:

- In case of late return, 200/- will be applicable along with 2X rental charges.
- Which will be paid by customer at Drop time after the grace period of 30 minutes.

10. Extra Charges:

- The excess km charges post consumption of km limit, will be calculated at the time of drop off and the User will be required to pay the same at the location.
- 100/- charges will be applicable in case if vehicle will be found in dusty or mudy condition.
- If the helmet is damaged or lost, a charge of INR 900/- (Indian Rupees Nine Hundred Only) per helmet will be levied since branded helmets will be provided to the User.
